Audience focus

A segment of Brasserie's existing customers are from Chinese visitors. Ensuring a good user experience for visiting tour guides and tour businesses overseas as part of the UK Inbound marketing campaign was essential.

Creating an overview of the Brasserie's offering by translating the home page into Mandarin was a key consideration for the website design.



Social & the city

Maximising the possibilities of what social media can offer local business is not something the Brasserie had considered. 

As well as planning a content calendar for organic content, we worked together to plan very specific, targeted ad campaigns around key dates of the year and on specific promotions.

Partnering with local influencers, bloggers, groups and individuals we have significantly grown the Brasserie's audience and seen a direct impact on dry and wet sales.




Events & Partnerships

Partnering with arts, music and independent food festivals the Brasserie is positioned as a popular events space in the city. 

Aligning the brand's creative and outreach marketing as an events space has seen successful partnerships with the following:

  • The Bath Festival
  • Kozel (Miller Brands)
  • Bath Spa University
  • Bath Farmers' Market
  • Bath Vintage Market

Local beer and wine festivals are planned for 2017.

Video Content

Brining a Director of Photography on board we produced a short promotional film and series of video content for social. 

From story boarding, creating the brief and managing the shoot in a busy restaurant, the film has help the Brasserie stand out against competitors in Bath.
